Reiki is a gentle, hands-on (or distant) energy healing technique from Japan that promotes deep relaxation, emotional balance, and natural healing. It works by channelling universal life force energy to support the body, mind, and spirit.

What to expect:

-Soothing music and time to gently integrate afterwards

During a Reiki session, you’ll be supported in a calm and restful space while healing energy is gently channeled through to help release tension, restore balance, and encourage your body’s natural ability to heal.You may feel sensations such as warmth, tingling, or a deep sense of peace. Reiki is deeply relaxing and ideal for stress relief, emotional support, or simply taking time to reconnect with yourself.
